Apex Energetics

Adaptocrine : A broad-spectrum herbal adaptogen used to optimize and promote healthy adrenal gland function. The major benefit of this product is to help decrease the impact of stress on the body.

Glysen : This powerful product contains key herbs, vitamins, and minerals clinically validated to support insulin receptor sensitivity and healthy blood sugar metabolism.

AF Betafood : Used for gallbladder symptoms, liver disease, elevated cholesterol, hypoglycemia, and elevated homocystine levels.  

Antronex : Used for allergies, nasal congestion, portal hypertension, and hypothyroid.  

Arginex : Used for kidney overload, urinary tract infection, high uric acid levels (gout), and herpes simplex I and II.

Cal Ma + : Used for severe calcium deficiency, calcium utilization difficulty, and osteoporosis.

Thorne Research

5-MTHF: This is the most biologically active form of the B-vitamin Folic Acid. It supplements cardiovascular health, nervous system health, normal cellular proliferation, and gingival health. Folate supplementation during pregnancy has been shown to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.

AL's Formula: This multiple vitamin-mineral formula is designed to support the metabolic functions of the "mature" man. Al's Formula contains saw palmetto extract and the amino acids alanine, glycine, and glutamic acid for nutritional support of the male reproductive system, and pure betaine and hawthorne extract for optimal cardiovascular functioning.

Anti-Oxidant : This is a broad spectrum anti-oxidant, acting as the body's protection against oxidative stress - a common problem in our urban/suburban, chemicalized, high stress society.   

AR-Encap : A very effective formula for the arthritic patient. AR-Encap combines the proven joint support of glucosamine sulfate with the sulfur-containing compound MSM, and Boswellia serrata (known to inhibit pro-inflammatory products). Devil’s claw and turmeric extracts block inflammation. This supplement could be used as a natural alternative to Vioxx.  

Basic B Complex : This contains the entire B complex, including the activated forms of B2, B6, folic acid and B-12. 

Basic Nutrients IV and V : A multi-vitamin that provides calcium, magnesium, and potassium as citrate chelates for enhanced absorption, combines with a full complex of essential vitamins and trace minerals.   Basic IV includes Copper and Iron.  Basic V includes Copper but no Iron and Iodine.

Basic Prenatal: A comprehensive supplement formulated with the special needs of pregnancy in mind and manufactured without the detrimental additives and coatings found in mainstream prenatal supplements. The high bioavailability of the nutrients in this product makes high doses of certain nutrients, which can cause digestive upset during pregnancy, unnecessary. The result is a supplement which is well-tolerated during all phases of pregnancy and lactation.

Basic Pygeum Herbal: This is a botanical and amino acid combination formulated specifically to support the normal function of the prostate. Saw palmetto and pygeum contain fatty acids, flavonoids, phytosterols, and ferulic acid esters which tonify and nourish the male reproductive system.

Berbercap : Berberis exhibits anti-microbial activity against bacteria, fungi, and protozoa, Strept pyogenes, most Candida species, Entamoeba histolytica, Giardia lamblia, Klebsiella etc. In some cases we suggest taking Berbercap along with the Anti-fungal diet.  

Bio-Gest : A broad spectrum digestive aid, containing: Betaine HCl to increase gastric activity; Pepsin for proteolytic activity in the stomach; Pancreatin providing enzymatic action to break down protein, starches and fats, and ox bile for enhanced fatty acid absorption.  

Bio-PMT: This product was formulated to support the intricate female hormone balance by providing essential nutrients and cofactors involved in the cycling of female hormones and their metabolites.  A new addition, Rhodiola (an adaptogenic herb), regulates over-active neurotransmitters that are thought to contribute to mood swings, anxiety, and irritability associated with premenstrual tension.

Calcium Citrate: Calicium supplementation, along with exercise and a healthy diet, can play a significant role in reducing the rate of bone loss.

Choleast: This is an extract from Monascus purpureus WENT, an organism grown on rice. The fatty acids, phytosterols, isoflavones, and proteins in Choleast help maintain a healthful balance of cholesterol and related blood lipids in the body.

Citricidin : Citricidin has anti-fungal, antibacterial, and anti-parasite properties.  

Collag-En: This formula provides the essential nutrients necessary for collagen formation and repair. It is an excellent adjunct to glucosamine sulfate in the promotion of healthy collagenous structures. 

CoQ100 Softgels: CoQ10 is present in the mitochondria of every cell and is supportive of cardiac function, gingiva, immune function, and the gastric mucosa.  It is an anti-oxidant and recycles Vit E.

Cysteplus : This is extremely useful in cases of chemical and heavy metal sensitivity and toxicity. It also functions as an anti-viral and can loosen phlegm. 

Entrocap : A unique combination of Berbercap and Citricidin that has strong antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-parasitic properties.  

Folacal: This is the active form of Folic Acid. Used to prevent neural tube defects in pregnancy,  and required for blood cell synthesis, nerve function, cardiovascular health, and gingival health.  

Formula SF722 : The main ingredient, Undecylenic Acid, is a fatty acid with anti-fungal activity. Formula SF722 aids in the establishment of a healthy gut flora.  

GI-Encap: This product combines deglycyrrhizinated licorice root and the dried powder of unripe plantain banana to support the natural defenses of the gastric mucosa without inhibiting gastric acid secretion. GI-Encap also includes slippery elm and marshmallow root, both of which are rich in mucilage and traditionally used for soothing demulcent properties and as nutritional support for gut mucosa.

IM-Encap : A unique combination of glandulars, botanicals, and nutrients supportive to the immune system.

Liver Cleanse: The herbs in Thorne Research's Liver Cleanse formula enhance the production and release of toxic-laden bile from the liver. Liver Cleanse should be used as part of a colon-cleansing program.

Magnesium Citrate : Useful in treating chronic musculosketetal problems, spasms of smooth or skeletal muscles, hypertension, PMS, prostaglandin imbalances, anxiety, confusion, depression, hyperactivity, seizures, and tachycardia. It is also extremely effective in patients suffering from constipation.  

Medi-Clear: A rice protein based nutritional supplement designed to be used in an elimination diet, Type I and II liver detoxification, inflammation, allery relief, gut permeability, inflammation, or dysbiosis.

Niasafe : This is a safer, non-flushing form of niacin, which has cholesterol and triglyceride lowering effects. It has been found to be effective in intermittent claudication and Raynauds Disease.  

NutriFem: Based on our popular Basic Nutrients multi's, this unique multiple vitamin-mineral formulation is designed to meet the needs of women of child-bearing age.

Omega Plus : This provides Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids in a ratio designed to create a healthful balance of these essential fatty acids within the body. Useful for a variety of conditions, including inflammatory problems, musculosketetal cases, leukotriene excess, prostaglandin imbalances, and general fatty acid deficiency.  

Phytoprofen: This innovative anti-inflammatory combines Ayurvedic botanicals with the anti-inflammatory activity of bromelain.

Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P): This is the activated form of Vitamin B6. P-5-P is helpful in patients with food sensitivities, prostaglandin imbalances, fluid retention, and recurrent musculoskeletal problems. It is required for the production of a large number of hormones and neurotransmitters in the body. A majority of women on oral contraception or estrogen replacement therapy will show a need, as will patients on prednisone. It is useful in the treatment of PMS, carpal tunnel syndrome.  

Super EPA : A rich source of omega 3 fatty acids; are useful for chronic inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, recurrent subluxations, high triglycerides, cardiovascular problems, psoriasis, auto-immune diseases, and lupus.  

Undecyn : A potent anti-fungal composed of: 1) undecylenic acid (active ingredient in SF722), converted to a salt form with bentonite added to absorb endotoxins; 2) grapefruit seed extract for its anti-fungal and anti-parasite activity, 3) HCL for optimal pH effectiveness, 4) bentonite to absorb endotoxin and mycotoxins.  

Zinc Picolinate : Zinc deficiencies have been associated with acne, alopecia, anorexia, apathy, brittle nails, delayed sexual maturity, depression, diarrhea, eczema, fatigue, hypercholesterolemia, impotence, infections, infertility, lethargy, impaired wound healing, food sensitivities, brain fog, etc.

Bio-disco (Bio-Design): This is a two-phase release formula of nutrients and enzymes which support healing of joint and ligament injuries, especially disc problems. The first phase provides the minerals calcium and magnesium that support normal nerve and muscle function to reduce spasm. Also vitamin C and manganese provide nutrient support for restoration of healthy tone in lax or stretched ligaments. In the second, enteric-coated phase of Atri-Disco, proteolytic enzymes (break up proteins) are made available for systemic absorption.
