Payment Options

Hetrick Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family.

Please take a moment to review our office policies regarding insurance.  In addition to the information below, our office offers a discount to non-insurance accounts (payable at time of service*).

Group Insurance

Our office is not contracted as a provider with any insurance companies, however coverage may be available to you if your insurance policy provides benefits for "out of network" chiropractic benefits.

Medicare

Our office is not contracted with Medicare.  Medicare patients pay at time of service and we will send your claims to Medicare for the consideration of reimbursement paid directly to the patient.  Medicare will in turn handle any secondary insurance claims submission.

Worker's Compensation

All "Worker's Compensation" appointments must be authorized through your employer's insurance company.  We are only able to provide treatment with prior authorization, claim number, insurance information, claims adjuster name, and phone number.

Auto Accidents

Our office accepts personal injury accounts with the provision that we are able to bill your Auto Insurance directly. 

Prior to your initial appointment we will need to verify the following: claim number, claim's adjuster name and phone number, insurance name and address, date of accident, and med-pay benefits.  Our office currently does not accept 'third-party' insurance or 'liens'.

At Hetrick Chiropractic we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it.    We would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.  Unfortuantly, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.

* Fees for all services rendered including co-pays are due at time of service.
