Meet the Doctor
Maura L. Timm, DC
Having grown up in a chiropractic family, Maura L. Timm, D.C. has always had a strong interest in health and nutrition. She knew from an early age she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps and become a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Timm graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS), formerly known as Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, in 2004 and has completed over 400 training hours in Applied Kinesiology.
Dr. Timm has trained extensively with her father, Douglas P. Hetrick, D.C., and has become very proficient in the utilization of these very progressive techniques. These techniques include Applied Kinesiology, Vector Point Cranial Therapy, Neuro-Emotional Technique and advanced biochemical nutritional assessment strategies. Dr. Maura has a very sensitive and caring nature, which adds to the healing qualities of her educational skills.
Dr. Timm is currently in private practice in Escondido, CA. She is also in the process of becoming certified as a Clinical Nutritionist.
